Holden Caulfield from "The Catcher in the Rye"

Why: This book is well known by my best friends as my favourite book of all time. I've had a strange attraction to J.D Salinger's character since... Hmmm.. the ninth grade. He's complicated, he's damaged, he draws me in. I can't help it.
